You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jl411 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jl411 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
jl411 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. Exchange rate conversions, where applicable for international payment methods, are calculated at prevailing rates at the time of the transaction.
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jl411 is required to verify the identity of all account holders. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request.
You will be required to submit the following as part of the KYC process:

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit for bank transfer channels (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) is ₱500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
Deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and InstaPay are credited to your jl411 wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three hours to reflect. jl411 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
jl411 maintains player funds in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds. Player deposits are not used for operational expenses and are held exclusively for the purpose of settling player winnings and returning funds upon withdrawal request.
Withdrawals may only be requested by KYC-verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the verified account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
jl411 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified via the account dashboard or registered mobile number if additional verification is required. jl411 will not be liable for delays arising from verification procedures required by law or by our regulatory obligations.
Funds credited as bonus amounts or promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the expiry of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.

As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards wagering requirements, while live table games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from certain promotions.

jl411 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if jl411 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
jl411 does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
jl411 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) there is suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; (c) jl411 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet cleared through wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
Upon termination of an account for any reason, all licences granted under these Terms cease immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
